Assets vs. Liabilities

Financial Independence Retire Early (FIRE) movement fellows,

I don’t know if you agree, but it is as simple as that

  • Assets put money in your pocket. E.g. Property (real estate), Stocks and Bonds, Cash, (some) Crypto, Luxury Car, Business, Cash, Insurance.

  • Liabilities take money out of your pocket. E.g. Credit Card, Taxed Owed, Debt, Car.

Who knows me realizes that I started a long time ago to sacrifice a 40-euro Sunday brunch for investing to purchase ASSETS.

I hope this helps!
